On Friday, July 14th, Dustin and Terri Watts completed a grueling, 30 mile race in the mountains of North Vancouver to raise money to help kick-start the Small Dreams Foundation.
Dustin and Terri Watts are going international in an effort to raise money for Small Dreams Foundation!
Small Dreams Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on honoring the life of Brittney Fox Watts by inspiring individuals and communities to improve global and environmental awareness through the promotion of sustainable practices.
Small Dreams’ first initiative is to team up with the University of Georgia Office of Sustainability and the UGArden. Among other initiatives, the Foundation has established The Brittney Fox Watts Memorial Endowment for a study abroad scholarship in sustainability to provide support to students who share her passions for traveling, experiencing different cultures, and embracing sustainable activities to address the health and well-being of individuals and communities around the globe.
Given Brittney’s passions for hiking, being in the outdoors, and traveling, we could think of no better way to honor her and help Small Dreams Foundation than to go abroad and challenge ourselves to the Knee Knackering 30 mile Trail Run in Vancouver, British Columbia. Please join us in our efforts to help Small Dreams support these University of Georgia programs in Brittney’s honor.
